There're several ways that you can get help from, How long does it take to get my order? What if I need the dress in a hurry? ---- if your event is in more than 10 working days, please contact us. We can always work something out for you. If you're unfortunately in a great hurry, and need the dress in less than 10 work days, give us a call during our office hours. Sometimes miracle happens. Some extra fees apply to cover extra shipping costs. What colors can I choose for a particular dress? Can you do (small) modification according to my specific requirement? Can I choose the fabric, or material? What if my measurements fall between two size numbers? Express Order Status Checking, and Tracking number *: tracking number not available for certain shipping methods. in this case, no tracking number will be provided in the order status checker.
