General Policy:

• Made to Measure dresses, Off price dresses are Not returnable.
• Standard size formal dresses: these are handmade dresses by our own factory according to our size chart. They can be returned & exchanged if eligible. Most of the time, it was because of wrong size was ordered. So Please make sure to read our size chart before ordering.
  

Online shopping is Much a pleasure. All you need to do to order a perfect fit dress from us is a little bit of carefulness, and make sure you take your measurements properly & choose the right size.
 

Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 7 days of your receipt date and/or missing a return authorization number will be returned to you at your shipping expense.  The goods must be returned in original condition. We have 100% inspection on merchandise leaving the warehouse. Returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you. Final sale merchandise and special sale items have a strict no return/no exchange policy. Please Note: If you do not accept the item being returned to you, we will charge you 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges, as a restocking fee.

Fees for Return/Exchange:

• Customer is responsible for sending the returned/exchanged dress(es).
• A restocking fee of $15.00 per item plus shipping fee will be charged on all exchanges & return items.

How to Exchange or Return: 

As a first step, please contact us to get an authorization number and a Return/Exchange Authorization Form. 

All return/exchange items sent to us MUST be accompanied with a completed Return/Exchange Authorization Form with the authorization number on it. Any package that does not have this number on it will refused at their expense.

• Initiate the Return/Exchange request:

If we ask you to send the dress to us, print the return form, fill it out, and send it back to us together with the dress. Packages will be inspected upon receiving in our office. Refunds/Exchanges will be issued at that point.

• Check your e-mail:

We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. Click on the link. When your item(s) has been received, you will see Tracking #: RETURNED. For international orders, we are unable to refund import duties (if applicable) associated with your order.

• After shipping your Exchange/Return:

Please track your return so you can confirm that we received your package. We also recommend you insure your return. Please Note: You are responsible for all charges associated with the return of your item(s).
