We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Money Orders and NextEve.com Gift Certificates. We DO accept personal checks, but there's a 10 business day clearing time, during which your order will be in "Pending" status. We generally do NOT accept COD.

 

  • Credit Cards


We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard . No American Express and Discover Card are accepted at this moment.

Important Note:

First time customers are subject to credit card authorization. When your credit card is authorized, your funds will be put on hold until the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped the payment is processed. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any of the information differs, the order will not be processed.

If your Shipping Address is different than your Billing Address, we are required to verify this information with your credit card company. As a result, your order may be subject to delay. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the verification process. To help us expedite this process, we ask that you register your alternative shipping address with your credit card company. Be sure to mention this alternative address is for shipping purposes only.

  • Debit Cards


You may pay using a Debit Card. Once you place your order, your funds will be put on hold until the hold is taken off or the payment is processed (which ever is sooner). Once the order is shipped the payment will be processed and the funds will be deducted from your account. Please Note: While your funds are being held, you will not have access to these funds until the hold is taken off. Holds usually last 3 - 5 business days; however, this may vary from bank to bank.

  • Money Orders, Bank Notes, Check, Traveller's Check


To place an order using a Money Order, Bank Notes, Checks, or Traveller's Checks, you must mail in your payment, together with the purchased product SKU number & title, your name, detailed payment address (and shipping address if different). You'll be able to find our mailing address after you login in with your account. Or contact us for the mailing address if you have difficulty finding it.

  • Coupons, Gift Certificates, Gift Registry


You may pay for your order using an NextEve.com Gift Certificate. During the checkout process you will be prompted to enter the gift certificate code in the field "Coupon or Promotional Code". The value of the gift certificate will be deducted from your order total. If the value on your gift certificate is more than your order total, your order total will be deducted from your gift certificate and you will be able to use the balance toward future purchases. If the value on your gift certificate is less than your order total, your gift certificate will be deducted from your order total and you will be required to pay the balance of your order total using another payment method.
