off the shoulder prom dress by Rachel Wright

This design I've had in mind for awhile and with help from my sisters and a friend we were able to do what i had in mind but didn't know how to put on paper. I imagine it a midnight blue color. I will start with the front the sleeves on the dress it is like Hermine's ( on harry potter) dress sleeves. On the front of the dress it is a v-neck with fabric going across. Then right under the chest is netting scrunched up. Then there are flowers lining the scrunched netting. The netting will go down along the rest of the dress. With flowers going until the split. It will split a little way down the dress on the right of the dress with flowers lining it a little way down. on the left ( this is if the person is wearing the dress) there will be little diamonds in streaks the top one will be short and they will get longer the more they go down. There is about 4-5 of them. However they will be underneath the netting. On the back of the dress the netting that goes around to the front. Then there will be more netting that comes from the scrunchy netting on the front it comes together in the back meets in a heart shape and then comes down in kinda butterfly wings.

Since I was little I've wanted to design and make wedding and prom dresses. Well I figured you have to start some where and since I don't have the knowlege to sew my own dress. I began to wonder how I was going to have this done. Then I saw and heard about this and decided to enter its a chance at least. I wanted to make my senior prom something special with a dress of my own that i would always remember and know that it was something special to me. I believe that a special night needs to be completely special. I figure if I'm going to remember this night forever I want to remember it with something I created. Something that I can look back on and say this is what I designed. I accomplished this. I designed this dress and I realize and agree to the terms and conditions.
