Hello My name is Ceterija Barney and I'm a senior at William M. Raines High School. Last year I was unable to go to the prom because my mother lost her job and my family has been struggling ever since. but this year I would love to attend my prom in my dream dress. This dress is cream with gold detail and  beading along the shoulder area it's also an off the shoulder dress with a cut out  at the waist, floor length.
