First i would like to agree to all the terms and conditions, than thank your for the opportunity to submit my design. Finding an affordable dress in this economy is not easy. So it is great that you are giving people this opportunity. My name is Emily Maley, I am 18 and a senior at Maysville High School in Zanesville, OH. This dress describes me exactly, I'm fun, flirty, outgoing and out there. I have wanted to go into fashion for a long time. I was going to attempt to make this dress on my own earlier this year, but i quickly realized it was harder and more expensive than i thought. So i began looking for prom dresses online, when i checked out next eve because i had bought a dress for last years prom here, and came upon the contest. This is my senior prom, and i want the perfect dress and look amazing. I am so excited about this contest, I got  my best friend to enter the contest also. We came up with similar, but different colors, so we could get custom converse to match the dress.

My dress is a fitted torso, strapless/ halter top that falls just below the knee. My dress will be constructed of hot pink and lime green Silk and hot pink and lime green tulle. The hot pink silk will lay over the hot pink and lime green tulle which makes it poofy. The lime green silk will just be a little between the bust. The pink straps will latch behind the neck with a hook and eye. Zebra ribbon will be stitched around the torso, starting underneath the bust and ending tied in a big bow above the butt. The zipper will go down the middle of  the back and stop at the bow.
