Free Prom Dress 2010 Design NE100133 by Katie Vanetten

prom dress design off shoulder and open back by Katie Vanetten

My prom dress would be cobalt blue with shoulder pads on the dress.  It would be a backless gown with a plunging neckline.  The material would be possibly polyester or some other king of non-sheer or shiny material.  The whole dress would be pretty form fitting, and once you hit the knee or mid-thigh it would become loser to create a flattering shape.  There would be one unnoticeable symmetrical pocket on each of the hips.

My friend told me about this contest and it sounded like a great opportunity to express myself. I have always loved fashion and one of my favorite colors that is not seen enough, is cobalt blue.  I tried to make the dress modern, but sophisticated, so it could be worn for important events.  There honestly is not a story behind this dress, except that I wanted to create a fashion-forward versatile design.

My design is original and I agree to the terms and conditions of the contest.
