My name is Aimee DuPont. I am a Senior at Waterville High School, Waterville Maine, 04901 and I am submitting a dress that I designed myself in hope to have my design become real.

After high school I am hoping to become a designer, I feel this would be a great way to boost my confidence and be able to wear the dress I have been looking for. I have been looking at dresses non-stop for the past month. I want a yellow dress, that is simple yet has fancy twists to it. 

This dress that I have designed has a "double-shoulder strap" going over the right shoulder. The straps have clear crystal like appliques in a symmetrical pattern going on the entire strap. The front has an empire band of the same appliques that will wrap all the way around to the back. The "double-shoulder strap" will meet right at the top of the shoulder and will also wrap diagonally across the open back of the dress. The dress fabric itself would be the banana charmeuse that I found on your website. This dress would be my ultimate dream dress. I cannot find the perfect yellow dress anywhere.
