Description of my design: This dress is royal blue, floor-length, and strapless.  The skirt part of the dress has several layers of tulle  swimming at the bottom.  The bodice of the dress has a triangular pleated piece on the front to tie in with the skirt.  The rest of the dress is satin and it is sprinkled with diamonds to add glamor.  The diamonds also from the tulle pieces.  I was inspired by the 1950s ball gown look for this design.  Also, the royal blue color and diamonds remind me of a navy blue night sky and navy blue night skies make me happy =).  This is the type of dress that creates a stunning entrance and a memorable time at prom.
