NextEve Prom Dress Design NE12052 by Jessie Devine

This entire dress is made of lovely, shiny taffeta. It is a halter style with a plunge  neckline. The main body fabric blends from deep purple on the halter through red, orange, and  finally to yellow at the hem. It reminds me of a gorgeous sunset. A large, poofy slip is worn  beneath the skirt. Over the slip is a layer of black taffeta that peeks out in the front. A wide  band of black taffeta wraps around the middle and ties in an enormous bow on the back. The  bow is so large that it has a plastic frame inside of it so that it will stand up and hold its shape.  My favorite part is absolutely the bow, but I also love the rich colors and the glossy  sheen of the fabric. The idea behind this dress was to be eye-catching. It was designed to  make a statement and grab attention. Contrasting black with the bright spectrum of colors  while incorporating the colossal bow and daring neckline certainly accomplishes this. I wish I  could wear this to prom!
