This is my prom dress design. I have enjoyed fashion design for some time now, and I pulled from some of my own past designs to create this new one. I wanted to create a dress that would be different from your typical prom dress, but very elegant and stylish. The original sketch that later evolved into this design was partially inspired by a song called “Walking on the Stars,” so that is what I entitle this design. It would be a silky kind of material for the most part, with a galaxy pattern printed on it, perhaps studded with rhinestones on the skirt. I also designed shoes, jewelry and two different purses to match the dress.
