• If you are ordering make-to-measure dresses (evening dress, prom dress, homecoming gowns, formal gowns, bridesmaid gowns, pageant dresses, etc) that requires your body measurements, please MAKE SURE to put your measurements in the "Customer Notes" when you check out. You can always login with your NextEve.com user name & password to Provide and/or Modify the measurements. For obvious reasons, you cannot modify your order information once it's being made & shipped.

• Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

• If you pay by Paypal, fund is to be transferred immediately upon checking out. Please make sure you have sufficient fund either in your Paypal account, or in your Paypal associated bank (checking) account.

• If you pay by checks (personal, bank draft, money order, traveler's checks), you need to mail in the checks to our office.

• Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification e-mail with a tracking number and the expected date of delivery.
