Can you send me a Catalog? [Top]

We sell exclusively online and you won't find anywhere else that has more updated styles and pricing then NextEve.com. For local distributors and boutique owners, please contact us for a print catalog.

Can I rent a dress from you? [Top]

Unfortunately we do not rent dresses. We only sell new merchandise by our manufacturers. At NextEve.com you spend less buying a quality brand new dress then what people usually pay for rental charges.

Is my personal information secure using this site? [Top]

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.

Can I order a dress in another color? [Top]

Yes, most of our dresses have more than 10 colors can be choose. What you need to do is click the ?color box? and choose a color when you in a product details page. You will find a Color Chart in the item description showing all available colors. You may find our Color Chart handy when selecting from available colors.

Can I get a dress with longer or shorter length? [Top]

Yes, we can make by your measurements form the shoulder to hem you want. Standard length of dress is for person who height around 5'5"( 165cm). An extra fee of US$15 applies.

What sizes do you have? [Top]

We have size from 0-32 for all of our dresses. Please check our size chart.

What if my measurements don't match any standard size in your chart? [Top]

In this case, you can either choose the larger size to be on the safe side; or use our Made-to-Measure service, we can make it to your exact measurements, at a small extra fee.

Can you make the dress to fit my measurements? [Top]

Absolutely! That's what we call Made-to-Measure service (See below). All our dresses can be purchased in Standard Sizes (0-32) or Made-to-Measure. If your measurements exactly or closely match with one of the standard sizes, you can happily go with that standard size. Otherwise you may consider order the dress as Made-to-Measure, which is basically custom-make (tailor-make) service. This is one of our featured services that set us apart from competitors. What is Made-to-Measure, and How can I order Made-to-Measure? [Top]

Made-to-Measure is a specific service in out store. Unlike making standard dresses, we need to prototype your dress based on your individual measurements. But don?t be daunted. Leave the tedious making procedure to us. All you need to do is make sure you provide us proper measurements of these:

  • Bust (*)

  • Waist (*)

  • Hip (*)

  • Length (*)

  • Under Bust

  • Nipple-Nipple

  • Shoulder-Nipple

  • Shoulder-Waist

  • Shoulder-Hip

  • Shoulder-Shoulder

  • Neck

  • Biceps

The ones with (*) are required in order for us to make your dress. Others are optional.

Does it take longer to receive Made-to-Measure orders than "Standard Size" orders? [Top]

Actually with both options, it takes about the same time to receive your order. The reason is that we make to order, which means the Standard size dresses still have to be made upon ordering.

Note: Customers may have noticed that we also have "Ready-to-Ship Dresses", which can are pre-made in Standard sizes and can be shipped right away. However no options (such as matching shawl, changing color, and so on) are available as they are premade.

Does your size runs bigger or smaller? [Top]

It very important to MEASURE CAREFULLY and USE THE SIZE CHARTS before you order! The size chart of each company will be a little difference there. So, don't just give us a size number before checking our size chart. Please choose a size number according to your bust, waist, and hips.

    When ordering on our website simply choose an item, color, size, etc. and "Add to Cart". Double check your selections, and proceed to "Check Out" and follow the instructions from there. Make sure you provide the correct billing and shipping information, correct email (very important), phone number, and payment information. This is the most popular purchase method. You can take your time, do all the research, comparison, and submit your order only when you're ready. More importantly, NextEve.com protects your private information seriously. When viewing a product on our website, you will see a link: "Ready to Ship" on the main page. Click on this to go to a pop-up screen of the available options that are ready to ship today!

Yes, we can make matching shawl, matching jacket for each dress on our website in lower price. If you order a dress you can also order extra fabric.

How will you contact me (about my order)? [Top]

We will contact you regarding your order status and with questions about your order via EMAIL. It's VERY important that the email you gave us on your order is correct, in use, and that you check it often. Also, if you're using public email services such as hotmail, gmail, yahoo, sometimes these services mark first timers? emails as spasm. If you don't get a response from us, check you Spam box as well.

Can I cancel or make a change of my order? [Top]

Usually there is a 24 hour gap before a placed order is confirmed and production is started. Before order is confirmed, orders can be cancled without any issues and you'll be fully refunded. So if you change your mind and decide not to proceed with the order process, you should contact us immediately asap.

I'm ordering for my bridesmaids. Anything I need to know? [Top]

Color consistency is always critical for bridesmaids? dresses. Consumers may not be aware of the fact that fabric color may vary subtly and slightly from among rolls of fabrics. So it's better you can order all the dresses in one order, if you order in separate order, please contact us that you will use the dresses for bridesmai, so we will use same roll of the fabric to avoid color difference. After all, putting multiple dresses in a single order saves money on shipping fees.

What's your pricing currency? [Top]

Unless explicitly stated, all prices for our products (evening gowns and dresses, prom dresses, formal dresses, bridesmaid dresses, mother of bride dresses, etc.) are in US dollars (USD). The equivalent Euro price you'll see on our product page is for your reference only.

How Do I Pay For My Orders (What're your payment options? [Top]

We accept credit cards, and US personal checks and money orders as well.

  • Credit / Debit Cards
    We accept all major credit cards and debit cards--Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. This is the method of payment we recommend because it is the fastest, easiest way to ensure that you get the dress you want! Our site is 100% secure, so you can be safe placing your order online.

  • Money Order / Check
    Personal checks and money orders are accepted, however there will be a 10-day holding time payment settlement. Once payment is cleared, your order will be processed.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax? [Top]

No tax will be added to residents out of the state of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania residents (that is, shipping address is in the State of Pennsylvania) will be charged 6% sales tax.

For some countries (especially islands), shipping time may be dramatically longer.

How long does it take to get my order? [Top]

  • In general, the products we sell vary in nature and so does their ordering process. Each product have an estimated delivery time. Please read the product details carefully to fit your delivery requirements;

  • That being said, most of our products can be shipped within 3-7 days. Plus 2-3 days shipping time before you can receive it; 

  • Made to order products (such as formal dresses) can take considerably longer, e.g, 2-4 weeks to ship. If you're in a great hurry please contact us before placing your order;
    if you live in a rural area, it will take more time;

  • If you order during high seasons, it can take much longer to arrive, please make sure to buy well in advance. Including: Thanks giving, Christmas, New Year.

At NextEve.com, we offer several different delivery methods: UPS, Fedex, DHL, EMS, TNT, Hong Kong Post, etc. Which shipping methods are available depends on the products in your shopping cart. Nevertheless, all these shipping methods have tracking numbers available and are traceable.

Do you charge custom duties on International packages? [Top]

We do not charge custom duties (tariffs) when shipping our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of tax regulations in your country. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and we are not responsible for those charges. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Exchange, Return, Refund

What is your return policy?

Online shopping is convenient and easy when you take a little time to ensure you are ordering the correct options. Get a great fit the first time, by making sure you measure properly and choose the right size from our size chart. Size charts vary by company, so take the time to get the right fit. If you are unsure or would like assistance, call or email us and we would be happy to help. Our merchandises are 100% inspected to make sure defect products are not sent to customers.

At NextEve.com,

Your purchase is 100% Refundable if the merchandise was made wrong. You will be asked to provide photos of all the problems for review and to determine if it is eligible for a refund..

Otherwise,

  1. Made-to-Measure (custom made) orders are final: no refund, no exchange;

  2. On-the-shelf products are returnable for a refund or exchanged. Restocking fees apply;

  3. Shipping fee is not refundable;

To qualify for Exchange,

  • Customers must contact us via email within 3 Days (including weekends and holidays) from receipt. Receipt date is the delivery date according to carrier;

  • Exchange packages must be postmarked as within 7 days from when Exchange Authorization is issued;

  • All packages must bear a valid Authorization Number on face, and enclosed with a completed Authorization Form;

  • Products should be in original conditions, and without damages, stains, alterations. and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.

To qualify for Return,

  • Customers must contact us via email within 3 Days (including weekends and holidays) from receipt. Receipt date is the delivery date according to carrier;

  • Return packages must be postmarked as within 3 days from when Return Authorization is issued;

  • All packages must bear a valid Authorization Number on face, and enclosed with a completed Authorization Form;

  • Products should be in original conditions, and without damages, stains, alterations. and have all originals tags attached and in original packaging.

Fees:

  • Customer is responsible for sending the returned/exchanged dress(es);

  • Exchange: $25 restocking fee per item plus shipping fee;

  • Shipping fees are not refundable;

  • Made-to-Measure (custom made) orders, Off price dresses, in stock, and special final sale items are Not returnable / refundable;

  • Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages are not qualified for return, and will be sent back to you;

  • Any Return or Exchange package without a valid Authorization number, and/or beyond the said grace time will be returned to you at your cost.

What do I need to do to Exchange / Return? [Top]

Please contact us to get an authorization number and a Return/Exchange Authorization Form if you're eligible for return / exchange.

Note:

  1. All return/exchange items sent to us MUST have the authorization number on face of the package, enclosed with a completed Return/Exchange Authorization Form;

  2. Exchange packages must be postmarked as within 7 days from when Exchange Authorization is issued;

  3. Return packages must be postmarked as within 3 days from when Return Authorization is issued;

Follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Initiate the Return/Exchange request
    Contact us via email and let us know the problem. In many cases, problems can be solved before you send us the dress back. 1) You'll get an authorization number via email if Return / Exchange is needed. We will also send you the appropriate form as an attachment to the email. 2) Then print out the Return Form and/or Exchange Form.
    Note: to open these forms you'll need a PDF reader, which should be readily available in most computers.

  • Step 2: Prepare for returning the merchandise
    Print and Fill out the Return / Exchange form, and send it back to us together with the merchandise. Your returning package will be inspected upon arriving at our office. Packages with valid authorization numbers will be accepted if postmarked within the said grace time. Otherwise the package will be refused.

  • Step 3: Ship the returning package to us, and wait for confirmation.
    The returning address is available on the Return / Exchange form that is emailed to you, unless otherwise instructed by our customer service. To save your money, we do not recommend urgent express delivery methods which are very expensive. Any shipping service that can be tracked is sufficient. It is also recommended that you insure the package. Keep your shipping slip is always helpful too. We will notify you by e-mail and acknowledge once your returning package has been received and processed. So check your email regularly as we sometimes do need your instructions and responses.

How can I get the Exchange / Return authorization number and the Form? [Top]

Before requesting for a return authorization, please read our return & exchange policies carefully. If your order is eligible for an exchange, please feel free to Contact us for an authorization form.

How is the refund issued? [Top]

  • Refund (after applicable fees) will be credited to the original form of payment (i.e. credit to the same card you used to place order, or a refund check from us if you pay by check / Money Order);

  • Exchange credits (after applicable fees) will be issued in the form of store credit. The store credit must be used within a year from the issuing date;

Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date we receive your return for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
